In Greek, kósmos means order. It is the organization of the universe, but also that which gives meaning to chaos. Since the earliest civilizations, looking at the sky has been a human act of seeking to understand one's place in the world.
It is from this impulse that Cosmos is born, another powerful concept that Patricia Anastassiadis uses to express the furniture collection she designs for Artefacto – it is the eighth time she has designed the collection and her tenth year as creative director of the brand.
In 2026, Artefacto celebrates its 50th anniversary. Half a century of history that does not translate into the past, but into maturity – the confidence of those who have built a solid legacy and, precisely because of it, have the freedom to dare.
Maturity is not about the past, but about clarity. It is the moment when experience transforms into creative freedom, where solidity enables boldness and time is converted into a vision of the future.
